Why isn't an 11/0/8 jinx an s in a 30 minute game riot?? hmmm?? I even had 153 cs but dont worry, your friend teemo goin 11/1/2 can get an s+ thats okay.

153 cs at 30 minutes is garbage mate. You probably didn't buy wards either, and didn't take down objectives
KDA isn't what makes League, if you think so, you should go back to Call of Duty [slayer-jinx-catface]
153 CS in half an hour? That's why. Your CS was too low. Whereas Teemo had 256 CS in half an hour.
Champion grades are different for each champion. So an S- on jinx isn't the same as an S- on Teemo.
your farm was trash and kda isnt the only thing going into ranks, he probably had a much better vision score, more farm, more dmg, more gold and generally better
