Karthus rework

So I've been playing karthus alot lately and i think he definitely needs a rework. Why didnt riot rework him with the bunch of other mages that are about to get released? I hope they re work him soon he is a very cool champ and unique cause of his ult. It seems like theres so many champs and items that can counter his ult super easy.

Honestly, the solution is to give his wall Poppy's ability to stop all dashes going through it. That alone would make him a counter pick to high mobility assassins and fighters, as well as stopping mobility creep.
