I don't know if its happening to you but almost evry time i am in a game if i play adc for example, my autoattack misses the target, you can see the bolt go off but the damage doesn't. Its been around for quite a while and it can impact a game..
Maligaro Spike1 votesthis is probably because you moved at the last second and the autoattack just got reset,it happens only with low atk spd so when you start to build atk spd you shouldn't have any problem. If you are referring on kalista her auto is made to miss if she loses sight of enemies

...That shouldn't happen, because I've seen it not happen.
