Descreet Trolls

I was banned for 14 days because I raged on some trolls in a ranked game.

Most people understand this but there is a huge problem with what I call "discreet trolls." These are trolls that don't overtly troll. For instance, I just had the same troll in two back-to-back games. This troll had 25 farm each game with both games going about 25 minutes.

Now I raged on this POS loser. He stated that "I don't care about winning" in a ranked game. Now Riot won't ban trolls like this. I wish Riot would look at the context of the game.
