Promotionals to silver 5

Ok. So I lost 2-3 promotional series to Silver 5 so far. When I fail those promos, I quickly get back up to 100 LP and fail it. Right now, I'm in a promotional series with 2 free wins given to me. I am here because I am worried that I will lose 3 promotional games in a row because last time I entered my series, I lost all my games. The only thing I can identify in the previous series is that I stress too much about the series and I try so hard to be focused. Even if I fixed that problem in my next game I probably will get stomped on. Are there any other kinds of tips for me to win my next game so I don't have to be in Bronze anymore? I would appreciate any help.

You get two free wins in your promos and still can't get out? /mute all may be your best friend in this case. Focus on your own gameplay and don't let your teammates distract you from victory, if you're supposed to be in a higher league you will be. Try not to stress too much, there's people that spend like 100 games in each division.

I lost my first 2 promo matches in Silver 5 promos, then won the next 3. Luckily I had decent teammates during those games. I don't think many people realize you need a decent team to win in League, you can't just carry morons.

Now I can focus hitting Gold 5 once I get back to doing ranked. Just chilling for a week or so. Hopefully i can find a good duo partner. I stomp silver, gold and plat players lol.
