Revert Taliyah W change

I mained Taliyah shortly after her release and couldn't help but notice her W mechanics seemed weird, and I wondered why Riot didn't make it vector cast, but I got used to it and managed to get like a 65% win percent with her in plat.

Shortly after they changed it, I figured out why they didn't, it feels so fucking clunky and weird.

I want my old W back so I can play this champion again
