Blitzcrank's kit is broken

Well, Miss a hook and he is almost useless for about 8 seconds. So he has low skill cap, but it will cost you alot if you cant land shit.

If you think it was broken go back in time to alpha week/s1 where his pull was point and click which made the grab flash play popular.

I'm agreeing with the other two here. Yes blitz has a very low skill cap but that low cap is so you don't have to be used hack good just to land a hook. Also yeah if you miss your grab guess what the enemy knows you can pull them in for at least 8 to 12 seconds. Based on cdr. Finally I used to hate playing against blitzcrank, now with the right team and proper prep I can play him mid and win against far more skilled players. He's not broken he's just unique
