Remove then NO Ban Option (it defeats to object of a 10 ban system and a ban system in general)

whether its a target ban or a counter ban, its a ban system, why is there a NO ban option look at LCS, LCK, LPL etc. they use it to target you opposition and if you look into league back in the day you had to ban with the old 6 ban system but with the NO ban option people choose not to ban and may end up with only you banning which I did have on one occassion but even then if you fail to pick the option it dodges you for no banned anyway and like I said about the old 6 ban system without the NO ban option if you don't ban you dodge, I feel it defeats to object of a ban system with the NO ban option and everyone should ban
