I don't think that word means what you think it means.

You want a girl who is not very good at this game (aka low elo) to play the most submissive, abused role in this game (aka support.)

Whether is was your intention or not, this is how it comes across. So, yes. It's creepy.

If your team is sexist it has nothing to do with the gender composition and everything to do with who is on your team...

You're using the word sexist completely wrong, make sure you learn the actual definition of it, because it doesn't mean "lacks females".

Just make a team and have fun. If you have women to play with good for you, if not oh well. They are just people and just want to play the game.

Besides, if you're looking for someone to join your team why not aim for a higher elo? Get someone who will carry you.

I know the meaning but whats the big deal of wanting a mixed team and there are no females in LCS/LCK teams etc. its all male, so it would make sense

Why are you so focused on gender? The LCS and LCK are not all male by rule, there are simply not many females with an interest in going pro that also have the skill to go pro. If they have both they can do so.

We are all players, regardless of gender. You want to meet women? Be open about that instead of trying to make a "mixed" team. As other people have already said the way you're going about it is more than a little creepy.
