When will we get a champion that is NOT 6300 ip? I'm poor (200 ip) and I'm too lazy to grind to 6300. :(

Then pay for it with money. New champions will always be 6300.

Invent a time machine and go back to when new champions were released at 1350 IP, like Poppy.

New champs will never be less than that amount. Reworked champions do not have their prices increased, and sometimes they are effectively new champs.

Otherwise, deal with it and get to work.
