Naw, he'll be the first champion to not be able to auto attack enemies and instead his auto attacks can only target allies and instead of dealing damage, his auto's heal whoever he attacks. XD

You forgot the three hit passive

Nah, watch that champion have twice the mobility, double true damage, %max health max damage, a heal and some other kind of sustain and mana refuel and fury refuel and yasuo windawall and just be really tanky and an adc dps melee ranged assassin

Seriously though we haven't actually had a champion like that in a really long time. At most we have Illaoi but she is just kind of a large woman, and even then I would place it as perfectly realistic for someone of her size/weight.

Really you have to drop all the way back to Elise in late 2012. Even if you are super prudish at most you could maybe push for Nami (2012) or maaaaaaaybe Quinn (Early 2013)

Riot have actually improved a ton in that regard.
