How about we move Yasuo's critical chance increase passive on his ultimate?

Like his current Passive is only the shield passive

But now, his crit passive is now a passive on his ult, increasing on each rank.

For example:

Last Breath:

New Passive: Yasuo's critical strike chance is increased by 33/66/100%.

Now, his early game is weaker as he wo n't build Statikk and Cloak of Agility to get 100% critical chance anymore, but it gives him an even stronger late game as he no longer has the 10% damage penalty on his crits.

makes him too similar to the old ticking time bomb ryze. probably better to just nerf the bonus crit to accommodate the buffed crit on items. instead of gaining +100% crit chance, he should gain +50%.

that way, he'd get 45% crit from statik, then 75% from statik+ie, then he'd have to build an item with at least 20% crit to cap out.
