For real. Just because low elo forgets how to play squishy supports doesn't mean she needs a buff.

well the running assumption here has been that shes fine in low elo but once someone "learns to click her" she becomes useless; now its "low elo forgets how to play squishys"

I stand by what I said. Even Soraka who is in a great place right now with the new masteries, gets stomped in low elo because she allows herself to get hit by the bruiser enemy support (me). Whereas I have played against Sona's that do incredibly well at getting close enough to get poke off but then are immediately out of your range, which is how she should be played.

Ya, people flock to any excuse they deem necessary to make certain she's never playable again. Win-rate being the weakest, yet most-widely used propaganda, which just goes to show how flimsy the anti-Sona agenda's argument is.

I'm not sure why so many people hate Sona and whenever I ask them, they just fling insults and avoid the question. They even make flame-baiting threads like this one here just to get the message across at how much they hate her and want her deleted from the game. Which unfortunately it seems most Ritoers share that same sentiment...

Since when was G&B right about anything 100% of the time?

They were claiming Ardent Censor sucks, isn't gold efficient, and no champion can use it well, yet Sona abuses the crap out of it (makes her team's objective taking WAY better), Soraka and Janna can use it pretty well, and it's already gold efficient even with no team mates benefiting from the passive (then just becomes considerably more gold efficient when they do) -prior to pre-season, not sure if it still applies. It was on Sona's most popular and highest winrate builds for quite a while in Diamond+, and she had a good win rate even then.

I main Sona and I feel she is in a really good place now. Her W got a double buff from the Keystones (healing and Shield). She still has really nice poke. I think people that complain about her just dont know how to play. They like to build the same items every game and get caught out of position a lot. Learning how to position and get your poke off with out getting poked back helps. WARDS. Use them everywhere. Sweeper.. if they are not warding the bottom bushes.. great for a quick poke. Your stun should really only be used if they are low enough that it secures the kill..saving your stun for an anti gank helps.. either way. I like the indirect buffs.

P.S if your adc takes runic... its nice bonus for your W.
