Wait, so I main thresh , and I was excited for the new skin, I heard that it was coming out this patch (6.11) I stayed up till 4 in the morning just to buy it as soon as possible. THEN I SEE THAT IT'S NOT AVAILABLE? WHAT IS THIS?

Maybe riot will release those skins later in this patch, btw im waiting dark star varus

champs and skins are always released 1 day to a week later (skins sometimes hours later on release day).

Skins aren't made available immediately; they never have been. It'll be released some time during the patch. Probably early, since they only have the one set, but not with release.
