Kai'Sa's Ult Shield Needs to Be Nerfed

Currently, Kai'Sa's ult shield is way too big and makes playing her way too safe. It has a 1.0 AD ratio and a .75 AP ratio and rank 1. That's too much. These absurd ratios make her so safe late game and doesn't really make her ult as much of a commitment as it should be. Even if she's fighting and the enemy is winning, she can get a shield for free if she ults to them.

I suggest that either the ratios be nerfed or the shield should be changed to be rapidly decaying.

the duration has already been nerfed. if you can't handle a 2 second shield something is wrong.

Its the least toxic thing she has, self peel that forces her to dash to an enemy champ rather than away.

Unless someone is low hp and horribly mispositioned.
