I already have 3 level 7 tokens for Twisted Fate, but it requres either a champion shard, essence or , champion permanent. Why can't I upgrade it? If I have the champion shouldn't that count as ,,champion permanent"?
By "Champion Permanent" it is talking about 3 champion shards that have been rerolled; if you already own every champion when you do that, since the one you get can't go into your account you get a "champion permanent" that sits in your inventory. They aren't worth as much as 3 shards, but you can disenchant, reroll, or use them for Mastery.
