You need a system of metrics in place to weed trash out of the game or out of ranked play. Tired of getting stuck on teams of trash players that can barely move their champs and I lose LP because there is bottomed out skill ceiling on the game that limits good players from actually winning the game for their garbage team. It isn't even rocket science here I will get you started with a sample

Set player limits to fix play through all levels below challenger.

Fix the bad: Player has less than 1.5 KDA they are not allowed to ranked. Player averages less than 10 effective wards per game they can not play ranked. Player averages less than 1 objective per game they can not play ranked. Non support player averages less than 5 CS/M they can not play ranked. Player has a win rate less than 40% over 20 recent games with a champion they may not play it in ranked. Player lands less than 20% of all skill shots on a champion they may not play it in ranked. A player with a steep losing streak feeding 6 or more kills in the first 20 minutes of the game over 3 games can not play that champ in ranked. Player frequently gets caught / picked for no reason 3 or more times per game over 3 games can not play that champion or role in ranked.

Reward the good: Set metrics for players to beat at each given ranking. In other words if players consistently play well (minus the odd weighted out bad game). They can rank up despite being stuck on losing teams.

Player has better than 3 KDA in their current league. Player wards more than the average player in their current league. Player scores more objective take downs than the average player in their league. Player out creep scores the average player in their current league (Make sure you weigh the early game more heavily than late game). Player maintains at least a 54% winrate in a given role over 20 consecutive games in their current league. Player lands at least 70% of skill shots and dodges or is missed 70% in their current league. Player has a steep winning streak with a KDA over 6 in 4 consecutive games. Player has not been picked or caught out of position in 4 consecutive games. (Measure by amount of damage dealt to champions since entering combat right before dying).

These things will improve the "competitive nature" of play by pushing consistently skilled players to the top and poor performing players towards the bottom. It will give players quantifiable goals to work towards to improve their play. And most importantly players like myself who always play well despite being on the horrible team 91% of my games a reason to keep playing because I as a player can rank up and get out of hell. Remember what makes players toxic in your game is simple... players who don't deserve to win winning and players who do losing. This will fix almost all of that.

I think it's already working considering you're Silver V. Funny how a player from the bottom would make a post about pushing skilled players to the top and poor performing to the bottom. Is this another excuse you make for yourself as to why you can't get out of silver? LOL. Pathetic dude.
