What do riots funds go to? Like events and such.

huh? Riot stock isn't public
You can't invest in it directly.
You can purchase stuff in game and merchandise. How they spend the revenue is up to them to decide. Events, skins, champs, salaries, taxes, dividends to Tencent, lawyers, facilities, bills, Employee expenses for trips, team buildings etc etc etc etc etc etc.
Events, gamemodes, paychecks, maintenance, servers, new projects, utility bills...
Usual stuff businesses spend money on, I assume.
Because you ask your grocery provider what they are gonna spend the revenue of the stuff you buy on? xD this is a wrong question imo. Do you ask the doctor what they are gonna spend the money before you visit?
