Why are tanks so broken

First, what "tanks" are you referring too?

Expect Seju and Naut/Thresh supp, which tank is worth abusing again? Rammus and Amumu, maybe Nunu as well, are ok I guess, but in toplane, it's only one, overtuned catfish.

And that's like all? Rest of them supps/tops are playable, but definitely not worth abusing them unless you are onetrick.
