Why the 2 kill bounty was a mistake
So, imagine, mf alistar vs jinx lulu, alistar engages lvl 3 and mf gets a double, 600 gold, can be shutdowned, after that jinx and lulu get a gank and jinx gets the shutdown from mf 450 gold+ 300 gold from alistar=750, so both have 2 kills but jinx has 150 gold advantage which doesn't feel fair.
Ok now let's talk about how the bounty system afects toplane: Let's say you play

, you kill him twice early, and you don't wanna kill him more bcs you don't get enough gold and your shutdown will get bigger for no reason, also you can't get the tower bcs he buildt tiamat and pushes all the waves, all you can do to keep your advantage is to zone him from cs or to roam.If you roam and your jungler doesn;t wanna hold the tower, and u don't have
he will push it fast bcs of the
.So the best play is to zone him from cs and wait for tp ganks or to wait for your jungler to help you get the tower so you can leave lane.
I still don't feel like solo carry was boosted by the bounty changes, let's say you play
jungle, you invade enemy jg and put him behind 2 levels while your team is not doing great, and they all lose lanes, enemy team group, your team flame each other, it doesn't even matter that you are ahead bcs your
can't kill more than one guy at a time, and enemy team snowballs with herald and ends the game at 15 mins.What i wanna say with this is that you don't have enough time to solo carry in this meta, it's just impossible if you are the only one ahead in the team and the enemy team have a fed midlaner and a fed botlane,i think midlane is the only role who can solo carry if he is ahead.
