Put in more gamemodes PLease!!!

Please put in more gamemodes on a permanent basis. The cheesy ones like Urf and the all for one thing or whatever it's called could come around wayyyyy more often.

Specifically though, more game modes to compete. I want something like ranked in a way that people will really try to win in but with more focus on solo play within the team. For example: In ranked you can play a great solo lane, destroy your laner and the rest of your team feeds so you lose and get demoted and stay in low elo hell. I want something that is more heavily weighted on the individual player but still a team game mode and also doesn't punish to hard on the individual for a team defeat. Sorry I don't have a specific game mode idea but....maybe something like a free for all where there is no teams, just battle.
