What causes losing streaks?

Im not one to blame my team for losing games, especially when im on a streak. But for the past 3 days i have lost most of my games, i haven't even been playing ranked because I have been losing so much. All the posts about what causes these losing streaks says its caused by tilt, but I have taken so many breaks and haven't even been tilted at all. If someone could take the time to look at my match history and tell me what I am doing wrong i would really appreciate it. I had almost a 70% win rate on jax before this week.

Losing streaks are caused by negativity and rage.. you start going for that one win and end up in a fuck it mode and then just causes you to play worse and worse been there. many times

Looks good to me man.. A few things to keep in mind is if you climb rateing at all players play styles change and lack of adapting can cause lose streaks along with how u work with your team and what stratigy will be best on each given game

It might be possible that you're losing because you spam the hell out of Jax. Not saying Jax Jg isn't good bcus it's actually really good for our elo but in this elo you really have to try and pick something that's going to help you help your teammates out, and if you just rush to pick Jax you're probably not thinking about that.

That's what I did last season with Yasuo.

When you win a lot the game automatically puts you against more difficult opponents. Its a soft wall to power-climbing in ranked and is part of the infamous "your rank is where you belong" rhetoric.

typically losing causes losing streaks... I know that sounds like really out of the box highly complex shit... but its very simple
