Titanic Hydra on Hecarim?

I go chilling smite into Cinderhulk, then Trinity Force. Generally speaking I then go Spirit Visage into Deadman's Plate or Deadmans into Spirits depending on what is an issue at the point in the match. Last Item Warmogs. Hecarim becomes a the essence of Dothraki.

Now, could you sneak in a Titanic for damage sake or is it if you'd want to split push? Not that Hecarim needs it all that much. I'd just like some thoughts and input on the matter.

I like the tanky build, but for the off days I just want to violently Robot Unicorn Attack into a lane I'd like to leave depsair and death in my wake I'd like to know acceptable items to build. Haw haw.
