Yasuo needs a rework

Yasuo doesn't take much effort. He can e over and over through skill shots. His wind wall is really annoying and I think the worse thing about him is his passive shield he gets back. If you're playing a ranged champion what so ever against him you have absolutely know way of trading with yasuo. If you go all in he can just wind wall himself. So to compensate you try to harass him and poke him down, but guess what he gets a sheild back every 10 seconds. For any skillshot champion he can be a hassle with his constant dashing but that dashing takes a lot of skill. I think the best thing to do to him is get rid of that damn shield that returns over and over and over and over. AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!!!! So on a side note, I must say I don't understand riots logic Alistar loses his heals, and can't get a jungle buff and all sorts of champions get reworks but yasuo remains untouched.
