rumble = bot? mid? support?

all the rumble mains took a 5%-12% drop from item change and this is the best of the best. rumble top is so bad that 80% of the people who main rumble never sets foot top lane and 30% of them adc now just to keep there NA scores on the board http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=planetside when rumble bot is a better option then top there is something really wrong plz fix it.

also dont ban rumble bots they really dont have anywere else to go

rumble bot is not the problem, i played him multiple times he works well against adcs

rumble in general is garbage, that's the problem

You can't be banned for playing Rumble bottom lane. You could be reported a million times and not get banned.

a player got premabanned for using a Singed support and he was 54% win rate i think

It was manually reviewed and he was unbanned. His ban was for refusing to communicate anyways, which was removed from the report options.

riot " if a player is making other people have a bad time we don't want them playing are game" its a catch 22 cuz when other people force you to play something that you dont want to play arent you having a bad time? it feels like ur a hostage at that point

ya a 45% win rate and playing passed 28 mins it drops to 30% is great

I think the problem people have with Rumble right now is their refusal to adapt away from being a glass cannon. I build him as a bruiser and do quite well with him, especially late game. Gunblade + ravenous hunter gives 30% spell vamp which is boosted to 40% with a spirit visage. Liandry's and boots give enough damage by themselves. The rest of the build is tank unless I need void staff last item.

that % rating is with diamond - challenger players i also build him tank cuz he just lacks in dmg now
