Viktor Mains sub is depressing place to be at right now. He peaked at 52% wr in the top lane, and kept getting nerfs even when he was at 49-50% wr. That of course resulted in champion being completely unplayable in both MID and cheese TOP lane, that worked well only into certain match ups (that happened to be meta at a time) to begin with.

Riot failed to nerf him TOP-lane only, instead of removing MP scaling on his Q, they played with CD nerfs and killed off fludity of champion all together, not just in TOP.

Currently there are no plans to buff him, in any aspect, I honestly don't know what riot is doing. Viktor MID went from OK champion if played by mains, (bad if played by beginners) to depressing when played by mains and impossible for beginners. Hope you are proud Meddler.

Riot needed to make Iceborn Gauntlet melee only, not nerf Viktor.

I don't play Viktor, but i know two guys who main him (with over 500k pts) and they are mad because of his nerfs. Saying that he is really hard to play in current state.
