Talon W Nerf

In my opinion, it was very unnecessary to lower his damage on his W. Even though he might be tough to play against for some players, each champ is made to be stronger than others in their own way. Talon's early game damage is what made players like myself want to play him. Talon is known as the first blood king, and that was all thanks to his original damage on his W., To be honest, a Talon main such as myself and some friends (all of which aren't even Talon mains) thought that it was very weird that you would nerf someone like Talon and not an overpowered champ like Zoe. So what I'd would like to ask is Why did you guys decide to nerf Talon? I'd like to request that you restore his original damage or at least buff it to be stronger than it is right now, but just a tiny bit weaker than the original damage. Thank you for your time.
