How do Champs like Garen use spinning moves all the time yet not get dizzy? I mean he's not the only one; Katarina, Darius, Rammus, Wukong ETC!!! "I don't always spin to win, but when I do, it's for DDEEMMAACIIAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same reason ice skaters don't get dizzy. basically just years of practice.
I'll have you know that Darius's joke emote is him saying "Noxuuuuuuuus" spinning around with his axe for a second or two before getting dizzy and saying "Oof... how does he do it...? "
