What's the XP Formula for leveling up a new account?

Currently in the process of leveling up a new account and I was surprised to see that I only earned ~50 xp per co-op vs ai game in both beginner and intermediate bots.

I remember the xp formula was something along the lines of 3(minutesplayed)+25. I usually end my games anywhere from 15 minutse to 20 minutes. Meaning I should be at least getting 70 to 85 XP per match. But out of my 6 bot games played, the max I earned was 51 XP in a 17 minute game.

I remember there's a dropoff in ip for extremely short games like 7 minutes but does ending before 20 affect my xp gain?

it would also make sense if they changed the xp ratio to remove the flat 25, since it would make my minutes played per match and xp gained roughly align. 15(3) = 45 XP per match for a 15 minute game which seems likely.
