So Ekko has cap on his passive which is BASICALLY A WORSE VERSION OF GNAR'S W but Gnar cant take away 50% of your health AS A TANK with just 6 AA's? ON TOP OF THAT HE DOESN'T HALF TO BUILD DAMAGE?!!? WTF

It's a laning phase ability. The only abilities that matter late are all of the ones in Mega Gnar. He is meant to be one of the best in the game in kiting and lane bullying. Also ekko's passive does way more damage than Gnar's W. They allow it because it gives him his lane bully identity but has little to no impact in team fights.
