It has come to my attention that 
's passive and q passive get way to broken late game because he can get as much ap as he wants. So I thought that they should give him a cap of 1000 ap so he can't just one shot any enemy player please say your thoughts of this and if lots of people agree RIOT please add this in so hecan be a litle more fair
Well he's supposed to be infinitely scaling like nasus or thresh. but I definitely think its a little to easy to stack, I had a friend the other day who almost got 1700 AP which is alittle much to say the least.
1 banshees veil = veigar alone cant kill you, and you will eventually kill him after his stun goes on CD.
and merc treds or QSS to just deck him into the ground no contest, veigar doesn't beat you at any time 0~25mins and he is mandated to hold hands with someone else for fear of late game 1v1.
you have options, you just didn't take any and you want to complain about his reward for farming all game long and being absent from the early game?
its the equivalent of a master yi going ie/shiv/pd/youmuu/rageblade and chasing after a rammus with thornmail. you just play yourself.
i have a better suggestion, lets just chase singed.
The old passive was only for last hitting minions and champion with Q , it was fine ,they could added for others skill as well since it still required you to kill the enemy, but giving AP just for hitting enemy get retarded pretty quick. You can play Veigar support and get free AP just by harassing with Q or use you stun ... its plain ridiculous.
