Give us more options when it comes to setting hotkeys

HoTS (Heroes of the storm) has a really interesting system

each abbility gets 3 options, Fire on mouse click, Fire on button click, and fire on release

and each champion gets their own saved settings

i would like to see something similar in league of legends, atleast the fire on button release for each indivisual abbility, not the replace quick cast with indicator option that triggers all abbilitys
