Nerf high mobility champions

I'm wood 5 and main Garen, but I want to be able to out play challenger Lee Sins by pressing e and clicking on them. Pls rito make this happen, make that 48% win rate 0%!

Why nerf high mobility champs when you can nerf immobile CCless/gapcloserless champions into 325!
