Leblanc Rework

This is regarding the pbe cycle for patch 7.5 and the Leblanc nerfs. This is way to much riot. You can't nerf her so much like this. Her w is her mobility spell and a damage spell if you would want it to be a mobility spell then the cool down can't be 18 seconds at level 1 ! And you can't kill anything with your q because it's useless. I think the idea of her having wave clear is bs. She is an assasin so one of her flaws should be that she is bad with wave clear. She dosnt even feel like assasin anymore. If you want to kill somebody you need to wait 1.5 seconds for a chain to prock and that's totally bs because 1.5 seconds can get you killed in a instant. TBH the best thing is to do is to please revert the rework riot. I do agree that you should maybe change some of her abilities to make her feel more balanced in her old form. But this new form is just terrible. You can't find a middle ground with her she will either be to strong or trash. And if those changes go through. (Which even if it says it's a wip they don't seem to be changing anything.) she will be completely dead. There will be know way for her to deal a good amount of damage before she could be dead by burst or cc. Please riot revert the rework. She is an assasin not some bad burst mage.
