How can Zoe be this broken

I have no clue how a champion that has insane cc, so much RNG, and so much burst could get in this game. She does more dmg than a Leblanc easy and lb is supposed to be an assassin while Zoe is a mage. Does not make sense. She can one shot people from so far away and cc people for 2 secs from halfway across a map. I just played a game where zoe did 70,000 dmg. In a 35 min game. How the hell is that ok ??? But its not her kit thats annoying and cancerous its her voice lines aswell. Who ever thought making a champion that never stops talking about ez and chocolate mooncakes was a good idea? its cringy and make this whole game feel like some 3 year old game. Please address her she needs more than a couple a tweaks riot is proposing. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

It kinda pisses me off that she has More health than Mordekaiser from level 1. But it's ok guys her weakness is she's Squishy. Piss off

She can almost 1 shot an adc with as little as 2 kills, I can speak from experience (being the unfortunate adc). That just seems ridiculous to me. I can understand a fed champion doing that kind of damage but she can be behind and do scary damage so long as she aims right.

Her cooldowns are even more scary. You have to constantly be on the lookout for her sleep which takes up half the lane.

They claim that she only has ONE damaging ability so its ok to have that insane burst

(Which is also spammable and almost guarantee hit if E lands)

you have like a 90% losing streak wi th zoe, so she cant be that op.

I just wish body-blocking her Q from a sleeping target would be slightly more incentivized. As it stands, if Zoe sleeps my adc and my Support is not a tank I can't even go "I got you fam". I'll die.

Her character is supposed to be obnoxious and immature. Which is fine, League doesn't really have a "kid" character yet (gnar?).

Her kit is obnoxious but it's really weak to diving. She's super strong on the offensive, which is great for snowballing. Not so strong on the defensive though

Zoe kinda feels like the type of champ that demands that the enemy team has a full on tank or she will kill someone for each hit E.

i just think she needs her base damages lowered and put some more power in her passive so she doesn't just have to e q to kill someone that isn't named maokai

she has sub 50% win rate in all elos they need to find a way to make her not shit to play against while also giving her a healthy win rate
