What about players who main fizz, yasuo, zed and other really fun champs to play but a little bit ennoying to play against. I'm sure theses champs will be perma baned. why i won't be able to play a champ i really like? Why not learn how to counter theses champs?

Sounds like more of a problem with the champions' health than the bans themselves :^)
You do realize ranked is not a place for "fun" right? If you want to have fun, play normals.
The fun of the many should always outweigh the fun of the few.
If everyone really hates playing against a champion, then that champion simply should not exist in their current state, regardless of how "fun" they are for the single player playing. One person shouldn't get to have fun at the expensive of 5-9 others.
if they gave us 10 bans, would they have to increase the minimum champion pool for ranked and draft?

cancer champs get banned, they always have been, always will be. also, diversify your champion pool like a smart person and you don't have to worry about all your picks being banned
Looks like those players will just have to adapt, and if they cant they deserve to fall down the ladder. Its nobodies fault but their own if they can only play champions like Fizz and Yasuo and cant adapt to them being banned every game.
133 champs and counting.... 10 bans only bans out 7% of champs
there still are 123 champs to play

Fixed that for you. Also now RIOT will finally realise that champs that will have 100% ban rate like the ones that you mentioned are toxic for the overall gameplay and will have no other way but to rework them or nerf them to shit tier, I dont mind honestly since they ruin the experience for everyone in the game. I have a feeling that most people that play those champions are kids/nerds/low self esteem people/toxic people, sorry to every normal person who plays those champs (including myself on very rare occasion).
