A problem with the new Fizz

First i have a question: is the damage done by the shark, the same to all champs who were hit by it?

And here is the problem:in teams fights, it's when the shark is too big, it knocks aside other enemies (not in the center of the shark) too far for when fizz whants to E in, he wants to hit all the champs with E. (But i'm not complitly sure about it, i just noticed this in a video). So if we could decrease the knock aside, so fizz can hit all enemy champs if grouped
