Rammus trash tier jungler as of 4.20

The changes to inhib turrets and the removal of SOTAG were indirect nerfs to him already. He has long been considered bad by professional and high ELO players because of his dependence on flash to properly initiate a teamfight. Now his E has been nerfed once again to the point where I might even max it 3rd, I was already maxing W since the E duration nerf. Its not like he is a low-counterplay champion, he has been easily countered in champ select by picking champions with displacement effects such as dashes or knockbacks, or simply picking Morgana. He gets played in LCS one time, suddenly starts getting banned for a month or so, and is immediately nerfed into the ground? 60% higher cooldown on his Q at Level 1 is huge as this ability has been traditionally maxed last mainly due to the fact that you don't always actually hit a champion with it when ganking a lane. Changes to 2nd tier turrets and inhib/nexus turrets are going to severely diminish the viability of his turret diving which is pretty much the only thing he is actually good at. This is pretty much a standard case of the majority of the League community which are low-elo shitterinos causing a champion which didnt need nerfs to get nerfed. I dont see any reason why I would even play Rammus anymore when there are junglers such as Jarvan who are much stronger in almost all aspects of jungling.

After jungling for the first time in 4.20 today after making this thread, I can safely say that his lack of sustain is going to be a huge issue in the S5 jungle especially as a champion designed to be a tank and initiator. Jungle monsters now hit harder and have enough HP that they most likely won't die before his W buff drops, and he will no longer have nearly as much as resilience/sustain while clearing camps as he did with Quill Coat/SOTAG. I for one will no longer be playing him as a jungler in season 5 except perhaps against a quadruple AD team comp. The nerfs to his Q and E mean the only role he can really excel in is as a high-scaling counterpick top to certain champions who deal only physical damage and/or are dependent on autoattacks. If you're not in a situation where you can max W first on him he just flat out sucks, plain and simple.

His clear times were already REALLY slow, and he lost a ton of health while jungling. He wasn't one of the OP "sustain" junglers who could just afk farm forever. And he's also really easy to kite (as seen in high level play). He didn't need these nerfs.

I think that Rammus needs to get buffed ASAP. I dont know why Riot would neaf him now when he was rather weak before. If I had any suggestions to buffing him. I think that he should need a higher movement speed,higher AS, Powerball mana cost reduced to 60/65/70/75/80. and the taunt neaf reversed. I dont see one good reason why Rammus why need to be neafed anyway.
