Gut Gnar ASAP

Why was this champion ever buffed? He was broken on release and predicted as cancer months before then.

• High burst and sustained DPS
• 5 different CCs including 2 hard CCs
• Resourceless
• Ranged
• High mobility
• Innate tankiness from his passive

Literally the only thing his kit lacks is sustain which is a problem easily remedied by buying items. He has almost no counterplay for the majority of melee tops, there is literally no way to trade with him as you will just waste mana using your gap closer as he either bounces away and rewards you with a Q to the face and a few auto attacks, or turns into Mega Gnar and gets tons of free damage on you while you're completely stunfed from his 2 stuns, while you can't even damage him through the sload of free stats he gets from his passive proc. Pretty much every time I have laned against him he ends up getting double buffs from my jungler who came to gank only to get chain stunned, bursted down and ignited by a squishy high mobility champion who suddenly turned into an unkillable tank, then he resumes free farming after forcing me to back with the 3 red-buffed autos he lands after throwing his next Q. He is not played often as of now, but with the recent nerfing of Ryze soon the terribads who can only play top lane using ranged cancer bulls*** champs will gravitate toward him and he will become a top 10 ban. Was top Nidalee not ridiculous enough that you had to take away her mana costs, give her CCs and innate tankiness and change her into an ugly unkillable rat whos only purpose in life is to troll legit top champs?
