Not Getting BE?
I have an alt that is lvl 4 and as I'm leveling up, I 'm not receiving any chests or blue essence.
Do they only give BE after a certain level? Please clarify. Ty

Mysticman891 votesThe rewards for 1-30 are rigged and not random. Some of the level up capsules will contain shards or blue essence, but some have permanents instead that auto redeem. As with 30+ accounts though, most BE comes from disenchanting champion shards, not from directly being awarded BE.
First win of the day is only a thing at level 15+ I believe for that source for BE.
