Weaning off of League

I've decided that this game is not healthy for me mentally so I've decided to create a plan that would help me eventually quit League. Every time I lose a game in solo queue, I quit for 5 days - slowly increasing until I'm 100% comfortable with deleting the game.

For 5 days? You know nothing is going to fill the black hole in your addiction like league does.

wha- this is a horrible plan... if you think you have an addiction problem you should see a therapist... esspecially if you got addicted to a game. It could just happen again with a different game. You need professional help. If you can't just leave league whenever you want that's a really bad sign. Most likely you're just making your situation worse than it is to be passive agro against riot on the boards. Telling us doesn't really accomplish anything so that's the only real thing I can think of.
