Q: Ambush

Bonus attack speed decreased from 30/35/40/45/50% to 40% all ranks

R: Spray and Pray

Cooldown decreased from 90 to 90/70/50

Range increased from 300 to 300/400/500

New Effect gains bonus 80/90/100% attack speed during Spray and Pray; can exceed the 2.5 attack speed cap during Spray and Pray, up to a maximum of 5.0 attack speed.

By nerfing 's early game a slight bit in turn for a much better late game should make viable again.

Ok one, jinx is one of the best adc right now. And two, this would make twitch over power as hell and I love the guy. Third there are buffs to his e on the pbe right now so chill.

Because Pro play has completely didnt balancing and mindset. Pro-play uses less than 30 champions and theres over 130 champions.

Nope. Trist is a high damage carry. Jinx is an even higher damage carry. What part of pro play makes Jinx not good? Why doesn't high elo pick Jinx if she's good?

If you're going to make the bullshit claim that Jinx is a top tier ADC, I expect you to prove it.
