When loading screen chat is coming ?

Any info about this feature? My main support is blitzcrank and I always try to set up invades at lobby. Its very hard and a loading screen chat will do a lot for the games I am playing.

Pretty sure it only went into testing not long ago, so it may be awhile.

Probably never, because I'm certain my teammates don't want to hear me complain about how I have a ping of 29, yet having 3 minute long loading screens.

Incidentally, some games start while people are stuck there for a while.
