"Honorable Opponent" in new honor system?

I think this would still be a great option to include as we transition into the new system. In the video you guys only said there would be an option to give honor to teammates, but what if you were against someone you also want to honor? I've met some great opponents, even ones who gave tips on how to do better against them. Just last week I was jg and the enemey top laner was giving advice to his lane opponent on what he could do to do better in their trades. That's something I feel we should be able to give special recognition for.
