New Oracles Extract on aram, from an avid Shaco player

I know people hate the Jester and all, but did we really have to give everyone a relatively cheap item that renders all of Shaco's game play completely useless for 5 minutes?? I was just in a game, and also had a teemo on my team, and for the most part our traps and my stealth were worthless. I thought vision games were supposed to be tactical and strategic, with timing being important.
