it's unfair that Udyr's tiger stance doesn't do true damage
he really doesn't shine in this meta and could use a little push in the right direction.

you kidding me right?? his tiger stance is the most powerfull lvl 1 spell in the entire game.He can 4 shot you at lvl 1 with that.
lol, have you even been an ADC on the recieving end of udyr? Once he stuns and goes into tiger stance, unless you have peel/dash, ur dead. And he is fast enough to out run you too.
