Wide lane? So wide you can actually move aside the tower out of its range and steal/ destroy stuff in base? Capture the flag?

Or king of the hill. But that sounds pretty one sided.

Game's only coded to handle 6 players per team.

That said, might be interesting to have 6v6 on summoners rift with jungle monsters disabled. So all lanes are a 2v2.
