Fix Fizz's Ultimate

This is a direct nerf to fizz for no reason, Zed ultimate can't be QSS but Fizz ultimate you can? Why? Both are assasins. Back in Patch 5.2 Riot made Fizz to rely on his ultimate nerfing his Q damage and amplify his damage by 20% when you hit your R. because it was thought as an overkill in that moment.

But now on 6.9 Riot made fizz ultimate an slow WITHOUT even notifyng the players. So as result of that Fizz ultimate can be removed by the following:

Cleanse Quicksilver Mikael Unbreakable Will (Alistar R) Dark Frenzy (Evelynn W) Remove Scurvy (Gangplank W) Decisive Strike (Garen Q) Highlander (Master Yi R) Ragnarok (Olaf R)

But also can by resisted by: (This means the fish won't attack while this is active) Black Shield (Morgana E) Highlander (Master Yi R) Ragnarok (Olaf R)

So then why the 5.2 Nerf is still on if you can't rely on your ultimate anymore, it is basically useless now that can be removed by all the amount of stuffs available.

So you either make fizz ultimate like before (a non slow) or you revert the 5.2 Nerfs or Buff Fizz. This is just extremely unfair, something must be done.
