Why ap fizz must be nerfed because of tank fizz? If you gonna lower his dmg and increase his coldowns because of top fizz at least increase his AP ratios so mid fizz wont suffer... he is already bad in this meta with all these waveclear or poke mids.
And now making his laning phase even worse. No wonder why people prefer to play him at top.

Jbels1 votesFizz is excruciatingly annoying to play against. His E makes him arguably the safest assassin in the game, his tank build is ridiculous, and his laning phase is nowhere near as hard as is made out to be. These were a long time coming
Penns1 votesHis laning phase is pretty hard against many (ranged) champs. And since you didnt want Tahm to get nerfed back when he still existed, you should know that "annoying to play against" doesnt mean that something needs a nerf.
