Why Preseason is bad

Hello, This isn't as much of a rant but an obvious reasoning behind why this preseason is bad. First off, lets talk about the new Dark Harvest rune. Well what can I say, Riot messed up again. This rune is even more worse then the previous Dark Harvest as it basically just causes anybody under 50% health to be almost one shot. This rune is pretty balanced in the early game but when it come to late game it just becomes and unnecessary power spike. For example, in many cases players running this rune will have a 250-300 ap or ad damage spike against players under 50%. This would be balanced if it was only allowed to proc once every 45 seconds but the cool down will be reduced to 1.5 seconds if its a take down. This just allows continuous use of the rune in team fights making it overpowered. This rune has seen play with about half of the current champions with sometimes 3-4 players on a team using this rune. Let's also talk about the new turret plating. Honestly, I am confused on what riot was trying to achieve with this. It seems they wanted to allow champions that aren't early game a chance to reach their late game by extending lane phase. This is a good attempt but ultimately hurt late game champions more. For example, aggressive early game adc's and supports have been in meta recently for a while. This was supposed to give champions like kai'sa, vayne, and ezreal a chance to do damage. Though adding gold to destroying tower plating just hurts champions like this in general. Before aggressive champions would damage turrets for no gold. Now they play the same aggressive play and now receive gold for hurting tower. This just increases the gap between early game and late game champions gold wise. Now their is also the adc role which is in a terrible state currently. I am an adc main and have played probably over 3000 games as adc, I'm not trashing on any developers or designers I just want to bring attention to this role as I am probably about to quit playing league of legends due to this. Currently adc champions consist of 3 meta picks which are miss fortune, Lucian, and jinx. These champions have really good early game and just force game under 30 minutes making it hard for late game adc's to reach their spikes. In my opinion Riot needs to revoke the previous crit changes as it is insanely difficult to even reach the crit build before the games over. Even early game adc's have trouble as in solo/duo they can't hugely impact the game until its decided for them. Auto fill also hurts adc players as it throws players unfamiliar with the role and champions making it hard for adc players to win lane. Thank you for your time, and plz share!.

Yeah the Dark Harvest thing was out of control but hopefully Riot will fix it soon which they did. I don't mind the tower gold change because it'll make my soloq games faster and easier to carry honestly so that's a +++ for me. For ADC isn't really a huge huge issue for me because I only play Caitlyn if I get auto filled ADC even though she's not considered meta. She's still strong but you have to wait until power spike which is easy to obtain -6 items btw Also the auto fill part that's completely your fault for not knowing how to at least play that role decently -no hate

This is kind of what Preseason is for..... and has always been for...... trying new things and patching some to adjust for the health of the regular season.....
